Sheet Metal Apprentice at Local Union No. 25
Sheet Metal Workers are highly skilled craft persons, who sketch, design, fabricate and install all systems and components, starting with flat sheets of metal. We install, test, balance and maintain all HVAC systems and items we fabricate. Our diversified trade includes welding and soldering, all types of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, clean rooms, architectural metal work such as siding and decking, metal roofs, awnings, canopies, coping, flashing and skylights, bathroom partitions, lockers, shelving, stainless steel kitchen equipment, hoods, counters, cabinets, walk in refrigerators and industrial sheet metal work such as tanks, vessels, hoppers and collectors.
Requirements for a Local 25 Sheet Metal Apprentice
Successful applicants will be required to appear for orientation, drug testing, SWAC/TWIC Card Application and possibly a physical examination.

This Application requires you to upload your valid driver's license, social security card, and High School transcript (High School Transcripts are required even if you have not graduated), Diploma or GED. This application does not have the ability to be modified once completed so please be sure you have your documentation to upload when you start the Application.

If you have a minimum of 2+ years industry/trade work experience within the last five (5) years please submit (at least two years of) W-2 forms, 1099, or Pay Stubs (with Year to date) from past & present employers to the Documents upload section of the application. If you have more than one (1) employer for each year, please scan all W-2s for the year in one file and upload it.
If you have a minimum of 2+ years industry/trade training experience within the last five (5) years please submit (at least two years of) Transcripts from High School, Trade School, Apprenticeship Program, College, or University within the last 5 Yrs. to the Documents upload section of the application. If you have more than one (1) School for each year, please scan all transcripts for the year in one file and upload it.
Once we receive your completed application, including the required documents, you will receive email notification for the next step in the process. If we do not receive the required documentation, you will be dropped from the list of qualified applicants. (Background Checks may be conducted).

You must contact your High School and direct them to provide you with an copy of your High School transcript and/or GED so that you can upload it. It does not matter whether you graduated or not.
